Experience
- As a teenager I helped my father in his building and carpentry business as well as in his extensive fruit and vegetable gardens, and learnt much from my grandfather who was a professional gardener in the 1920s.
- Since leaving university, my full-time gardening employment has included the managing of woodlands surrounding formal gardens, and working for two sole traders: one specialised in garden clearances and the other in larger landscaping projects. I have also worked for a nationally renowned horticultural company that designs, builds and plants bespoke gardens.
- In 2004 I started my own business as an independent gardener and landscaper in the Bristol area.
